Living Well is offering a free 8 week yoga series starting the week you return from Spring Break! This is a stressful time in the semester and a free yoga class may be just the thing to help you through. We are offering Core Vinyasa with Rachel deSimone every Monday for the next 8 weeks.

Stop by, call, or e-mail Living Well ( to sign-up. Please provide your full name and indicate what class you’d like to sign-up for in the body of the e-mail. Students are welcome to drop-in and try a class (space may be limited).

There is NO cost for classes! No Campus Rec Pass needed, 20 people maximum for each class.
