Energize the body in a yoga practice focused on warming up the body through a sequence of postures designed to build endurance, balance and strength. This class is designed to be a fun and supportive environment to begin and/or deepen your own individual yoga practice. Students are encouraged to set their own individual goals for their practice and are safely supported, where they are at each day, on their own yoga journeys. Aroma-Reiki Savasana offered at the end of each class. Leave perfection at the door BUT bring your yoga mats and let’s practice together as a community!
