Yoga Pose

Energize the body in a yoga practice focused on warming up the body through a sequence of postures designed to build endurance, balance and strength. This class is designed to be a fun and supportive environment to begin and/or deepen your own individual yoga practice. ¬†Students are encouraged to set their own individual goals for their practice and are safely supported, where they are at each day, on their own yoga journeys. ¬†Aroma-Reiki Savasana offered at the end of each class. Leave perfection at the door BUT bring your yoga mats and let’s practice together as a community!
