Relax the whole-body in a yoga practice guided by the breathe through a sequence of slow movements focused on calming the mind & body. This class is designed to rest, restore and rejuvenate the mind & body by offering a cooling balance to an active high-energy lifestyle. Students are encouraged to set their own individual goals for their practice and are safely supported, where they are at each day, on their own yoga journeys. Aroma-Reiki Savasana offered at the end of each class.

The Wellness Collective is located at 431 Pine Street, Suite 312. This is a weekly drop-in class, $10. All bodies & all levels are welcome and supported. Class cards are available for purchase.
