Energize and purify the body in a yoga practice focused on exploring the whole-body (mind/body/spirit) relationship with prana (breath/energy). Each class we will explore classical hatha yoga postures, meditation and pranayama. This class is designed to be a fun and supportive environment to begin and/or deepen your own individual yoga practice. Students are encouraged to set their own individual goals for their practice and are safely supported, where they are at each day, on their own yoga journeys. Aroma-Reiki Savasana offered at the end of each class.
The Wellness Collective is located at 431 Pine Street, Suite 312. This is a weekly drop-in class, $10. All bodies & all levels are welcome and supported. Class cards are available for purchase.
