Come to MINDFUL EATING, Thursdays, 11:30-noon, at the Living Well Studio. We will provide a light snack, and a lesson on how to slow down, taste your food, and feel more in control of your eating.

Thursdays, 11:30-12:00pm, Living Well Studio, first floor of the Davis Center.
