The Passive House Alliance of Vermont and the Building Performance Professionals Association of Vermont are hosting a one day Symposium. The event is being held at Vermont Tech’s Judd Hall in Randolph, Vt. Students with valid ID get in free (although you must pay for your own lunch).
The Symposium will include four one-hour presentations about the Passive House standard and issues with implementing it in Vermont. These presentations will be given by six leaders in sustainable and energy efficient building in the state and New England.
Along with a rousing keynote speech given by State Representative Margaret Cheney, we have gathered a good number of exhibitors who will be showing of the types of products and services that help building Passive Houses. Windows, heat recovery ventilation, air sealing tapes and membranes, insulation and more will be on display with experts to discuss how these products are used.
Join the discussion about the leading edge of applying building science in the real world!
