Focus your attention, relax your body, and connect to who you are. Each session a student from the Engage Mindfulness Outreach Team will lead a 15-20 minute guided mindfulness meditation practice with time at the end for sharing and/or questions. No previous experience necessary. Try it out in the Living Well studio.
