Born in Burma, Su Zan came to Vermont from Thailand this past September. In this class, she will show us how she cooks a traditional Burmese/Thai noodle dish called khao soi. This special dish of curried noodles in broth is prepared for many holidays and birthdays to help celebrate the occasion. We will make a version with chicken. The Mosaic of Flavors is a series of cooking classes in partnership with the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program.
