Free coffee, tea and snacks! Welcome to UVM incoming students and welcome back returning students!

Make de-stress arts and crafts and learn self care tips and skills! This drop in program spans the first 3 weeks of classes and provides an opportunity to check out the wellness lifestyle programming offered at Living Well. Featuring counselors from Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS), there will be space to connect, destress and recharge.
