Workshop: Yoga Inversions

Join Lori Flower for an opportunity to turn things upside down!

In this 2-hour offering, accessible to beginners as well as those experienced with inversions, techniques will be offered to strengthen arms, wrists & core. All of which support stability & safety, as well offering an opportunity to, literally, shift your perspective, as you place your head below your heart.

In this class you will explore: headstand, shoulder stand, handstand & forearm stand. Play at your own pace!

Inversions have incredible physical & mental benefits. They increase blood flow to the brain, encouraging mental clarity. As blood returns to the heart, it delivers oxygen & nutrients to the body’s cells, while also removing waste through the venous & lymphatic systems.
