Explore how yoga can help you learn to become aware of and move through challenging experiences of anxiety and uncertainty by connecting your mind and body to your experiences. This series is an opportunity to develop a healthy sense of wellbeing through the use of movement, breath and self-awareness, and will assist with practicing strategies to remain grounded and present in the moment, while feeling empowered to respond to stressors.
