This semester we will be offering the 4-week series, Yoga To Manage Your Moods, in 3 different sessions.  You are welcome to sign up for one or more sessions by contacting Miriam ‘Miv’ London.  The program consists of gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, and guided meditations that are geared towards alleviating depression and anxiety.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.

The groups will all take place in the Wright Studio (108 Wright, Redstone Campus).
