Tuesday, April 25 from 6:00-7:30PM in the Living Well Studio!
This is a movement meditation…a sacred practice of connecting with rhythm and coming alive to your life! Don’t have any dance moves? no problem! This is not a choreographed dance with any particular moves. You just show up as you are and move. There will be music and some prompts to help get you started, but it’s your dance! Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended, as it is highly likely that you will sweat. Also, bring a water bottle to hydrate!
Free and open to students, staff and faculty. All bodies and abilities welcome!
