This is a welcoming space to get out of your head and move your body to some tunes – kind of like a movement meditation. Don’t have any dance moves, no problem! This practice is for anyone who has a body. Some of the time will be structured and guided and some of the time will be a free dance. We will explore what it’s like to authentically connect to ourselves and connect to each other using the language of our body. Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended, as it is highly likely that you will sweat. Also, bring a water bottle to hydrate!
