Do you want to feel more alive and comfortable in your own skin? Come move with us! There will be music and some prompts to help get you started, but there is no choreography. It’s like a dance party without the pressure to look good or perform. Just come as you are and move as you like! This movement practice is also a great way to relieve stress and get out of your busy head! Bring a water bottle and wear clothing that is easy to move in.
Free and open to students, staff and faculty. All bodies and abilities welcome!
