Beginner Salsa and Tryouts

Hello Dancers!

Come join the UVM Salsa Team for another fun beginner lesson this Friday from 8-9pm in Mann Gym on Trinity. Come learn the salsa basics and more! No experience or partner is required. Please no outdoor shoes on the dance floor.

Just a reminder…
The team will be having free Salsa beginner lessons every week on Friday taught by the UVM Salsa Team. You do not have to be a UVM Salsa Team member to come to our lessons. They are open to the UVM community! They want to share the dance with you all- bring your friends!

Tryouts Info…
If you are interested in joining the team, we will have tryouts at the end of this lesson. We encourage folks who want to learn more about Latin social dancing and get more in-depth instruction to tryout. Also just people who want to be in an amazing, supportive dance community. The team will have 3 practices a week, including one lesson with a professional Salsa Instructor. In the semester, the team hosts social dances, goes on trips, takes salsa workshops, and participates in performances. If this sound interesting – come to tryouts!
