BIPOC Move and Meditate – Yoga and Meditation for the BIPOC Community, taught by Vanessa Santos Eugenio
Mondays 6:00-7:00PM in the Living Well Studio
This affinity space class focuses on pairing movement and breath (vinyasa) to prepare the body to ease into mediation, relaxing the mind. Meditation will vary in style such as; guided body scans, mettā loving kindness, visualization, silent/quiet sitting or lying down. The movement portion of class will incorporate both standing and grounded asanas (poses). Each class will feature the poetry and readings from BIPOC authors to guide the community dialogue and practice.
Bring a friend, all experience levels welcome and beginners are encouraged.
