Boost is a FREE weekly fitness series open to all UVM students, faculty, and staff. The program aims to help you meet your fitness goals of getting stronger and/or improving cardio fitness. As a team, we meet weekly for a full month to set goals, train, and inspire commitment to our health. Click on the Campus Rec website for all of the details including registration dates.
Registration for the March series is open NOW. Register for the first date and you’ll be signed up for the entire month.
