Breathe & Movement for BIPOC Community

Rhiannon Kim will offer breathing and grounding practices during this class. No equipment needed; just comfortable clothing and a blanket or two and pillows. We will offer some gentle movements to reawaken our bodies and integrate mind, body, and heart. We will lean on the teaching of the Nap Ministry as well as the practices that Yoga and Buddhism offer us; slowing down, restfulness, and learning how to be with uncomfortable emotions. Take what you need; leave what does not serve you.

This class is intended for students, staff, and faculty who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color)
