Mondays, 3:15-3:45 PM at Campus Rec Studio 121
This class will start with a short check in to see how everyone is doing. Then we will guide you in a 15 minute meditation. Each week we will explore different themes, such as compassion, lovingkindness, focus and relaxation. After the meditation there will be time for optional sharing or reflections. We will have cushions for sitting or mats for lying down. We encourage you to do what you need to take care of your body during the meditation. No experience is needed. Beginners are welcome! Engaging in meditation practice is a powerful compliment to physical exercise and can support you to cultivate more ease, compassion, and focus in your day.
This class is free. No preregistration is required. You can check in at the hub desk at Campus Rec to attend.
