chronic illness/chronic pain mindfulness group

Are you looking for a supportive community of people who understand what you are going through, to know that you aren’t the only one coping with chronic illness and chronic pain? Drop in for a mindfulness practice each week which will hold space for guided meditation, sharing and connection with others who hold similar identities. No experience with meditation is necessary! This can be a way to be kind to yourself, and show up to create a space where you can authentically be you! Open to undergrads and grads! (Clarification that it’s not a space for medical advice, etc.) This is a student-led group.
