chronic illness/pain mindfulness group

Are you looking for a supportive community of people who may understand what you are going through and to know that you aren’t the only one coping with chronic illness and chronic pain? Drop in for an online mindfulness practice each week which will include guided meditation and sharing and connection with others who hold similar identities/experiences. No experience with meditation is necessary! This can be a way to be kind to yourself, and show up to create a space where you can authentically be you! Open to undergrads and grads! (Clarification that it’s not a space for medical advice, etc.) This is a student-led drop-in group.
