EARTH WEEK! Volunteer trail work w/ Crag-VT
Interested in getting your hands dirty and working with your body while giving back to the local climbing community and reducing human impact on the natural world?!
Saturday April, 17th the UVM Outdoor Programs is teaming up with Crag-VT to host a crag maintenance day at Lone Rock Point, just north of North Beach in Lake Champlain.
In honor of Earth Week, we wont be providing fossil fuel powered transportation. We’ll meet at the Lone Rock Point Kiosk on the Bike Path. If you’re interested in biking down there, we’ll meet at the Catamount statue on campus to bike together. If you choose to walk there, we’ll meet you there! And, no judgement if you decide to drive, there are lots of things to juggle and we totally understand if to make this day work with your schedule you have to drive. The ODP is a JFZ (Judgement Free Zone)!
Interested, but a little confused about the logistics? Sign-up and we’ll answer all your questions during a pre-trip meeting on Tuesday April 13th.
RSVPs are required and spaces are limited! Sign up on UVMClubs
