Free Yoga Class @ Living Well!
Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat by moving through grounded and standing postures while focusing on the power of breath awareness. Sequences often flow through sun salutations and offer options to practice standing balances and arm balances. Each class is infused with the teacher’s personal style! Flow is excellent for students who find that moving helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deeper relaxation and steadiness after class.
