Give your brain a break: meditation drop in

Do you find yourself pushing through long hours of studying and screen time? Your brain sometimes doesn’t know when it needs to take a break – and meditation can help. Stopping, breathing, and meditating for even 10 minutes can help you refresh and refocus your mind. Here’s an opportunity for just that.

Join Lindsay and Parker in this drop in mediation space every day at 4pm during finals week as a chance to pause, connect with yourself and your community. Practices will be about 7-10 minutes and will be lead with love.

No experience needed, all are welcome!
