Intuitive Eating Series: Spring ’23

Come join us for Intuitive Eating with the Anti-Diet Dietitian, Amy Sercel. This 5-week series includes discussions and activities to help you re-connect with your inner Intuitive Eater. During this workshop, you will challenge the messages keeping you stuck in diet culture and become empowered to use your own body’s wisdom to guide food choices. We will talk about nutrition and self-care from a non-diet, Health at Every Size perspective in order to foster body neutrality and health-supportive behaviors for life.
