Join student and UVM mindfulness facilitator, Jason Dana, for a free weekly mindfulness class at Living Well. In the class, you will get to know other students interested in mindfulness and explore various mindfulness practices that can help you get more focused, be kinder to yourself, drop some stress, and more!

LivingWell is home to the Education & Outreach staff from the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB). They are dedicated to a holistic approach in supporting the needs of students in their pursuit of creating and maintaining healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.
