Les Mills BodyPump Class
BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up loads of calories while toning muscles. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
UVM Campus Recreation Fitness Programs offers fitness classes, both in-person and remote. The group fitness program provides opportunities for participants to achieve their wellness goals. The group fitness staff is passionate about supporting and guiding our community in developing the skills needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Classes are held in the PFG Athletic Complex and include Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Body Attack, indoor cycling, a variety of yoga classes, U Barre, Zumba, kickbox and more. During the academic semester, there are 58-70 group fitness classes per week.
