LGBTQA+ Mindfulness

LGBTQAI+ students, faculty, and staff, join Living Well and the Prism Center for a monthly mindfulness and connection night. Through meditation and relational mindfulness practices, they will have the opportunity to connect to your fabulous selves, get to know each other on a deeper level, and build skills for resilience, empowerment and well-being. This evening is facilitated by UVM Mindfulness program coordinator, Lindsay Foreman and Student Facilitator, Jordan Kosylo.
