Listening Session for Black Vermonters

Ujima Inc., the National Center on Violence Against Women in the Black Community, seek to learn about the experiences of racially and ethnically diverse communities and culturally specific community-based organizations in Vermont.
This session is a discussion of the realities faced by the Black community when accessing services and resources related to violence in Vermont. Participants will be invited to discuss existing community strengths, needs, and opportunities to enhance community responses to survivors. All participants will be compensated for their time.
The listening session will occur virtually via Zoom, and will be no longer than two hours.
