meditation and muffins

Tuesdays and Wednesday Mornings (10:00-10:45 AM) in Living Well!!

Ease into your day with a guided meditation led by one of our caring student mindfulness facilitators. This session will start with a short check in to see how everyone is doing. Then we will guide you in a 15 minute meditation. Each week we will explore different themes, such as compassion, lovingkindness, focus and relaxation. After the meditation, hang out for free muffins, tea (bring your own mug) and time for optional sharing or reflections. We will have cushions for sitting or mats for lying down. We encourage you to do what you need to take care of your body during the meditation. Free and open to all UVM affiliates. No experience is needed. Beginners are welcome! Make meditation and muffins part of your Tuesday/Wednesday morning self-care ritual! 🙂
