Meditation Group

Looking for a place to practice meditation within community? Come join the UVM Mindfulness staff and students for this weekly meditation group. Each week will be a bit different, but generally our time together will include a 20-minute meditation, a short movement practice, a wisdom talk, and time for sharing. The wisdom talks and discussion will help us explore together, how meditation and mindfulness can help us get through, learn, and grow from this unprecedented time. Open to all levels of experience. Newcomers welcome and encouraged to join. Open to all staff, students and faculty! Meditation Group will be led by Lindsay Foreman and Parker Holloway
