Looking for a space to practice meditation within community? Come join the UVM Mindfulness staff, students, and occassional guest teachers for this weekly meditation group! Each week will be a bit different, but generally we will have a 20-30 minute period of silent meditation, 10 minute period of guided movement, a short wisdom talk, and then time for tea and sharing. If you would like an intro to meditation practice you are invited to come at 4pm. Important note: on the last Wednesday of the month (Jan 29, Feb 26, March 25) we will meet from 4:15-6:15pm to have pizza and get to know each other through relational mindfulness practices! Free and open to students, staff, faculty, and community members.
