Mindfulness and Yoga for Compassion with Lindsay Foreman
This class combines gentle yoga and meditation that is accessible to all bodies. This is about learning to love every aspect of yourself – even the aspects you wish were different. You don’t need a mat or any special spandex yoga clothing. You don’t have to look like those pictures on the cover of yoga magazines. You don’t have to be calm or flexible. Just come as you are…anxious, confused, happy, miserable, tired, energetic– whatever! The class is led by Lindsay Foreman, the UVM Mindfulness Program Coordinator. Come once and check it out or make it a Wednesday ritual. This weekly drop-in is free and open to all students, staff, and faculty!
