Mindfulness for the moment

This “moment” of going to college during a global pandemic is a big lift for everyone. We can approach this “moment” with resistance and dread or we can learn how to lean into and grow from the difficulty. Mindfulness is a practice that can support us to find new ways of relating to challenge and new ways of connecting to ourselves and others. Join Living Well Staff, Parker and Lindsay for this exploration of how mindfulness can help us all meet this “moment” with more ease, wonder, and compassion. Each session will be different, so come for one or come for them all! No experience necessary <3
