Mindfulness Meditation for People of Color with Mark Reck

Students, staff, and faculty who identify as a person of color, you are invited to the Mosaic Center every Wednesday to join either Briana Martin for Yoga or Mark Reck for Mindfulness meditation. Briana and Mark will alternate leading throughout the semester. If you are curious about how mindfulness meditation and/or yoga might support your physical, emotional, spiritual well-being please come join! People of all spiritual traditions and faiths are very welcome! All bodies are honored and welcome. No experience is needed. Come check it out and bring a friend or two!
