Nutrition as Self-Care: Eating During Quarantine

Join Registered Dietitian Amy Sercel to talk about keeping yourself fueled during quarantine.  We will explore why eating is an essential form of self-care, strategies to keep yourself on-track with regular nourishment, and specific options you might want to keep available.  By the end of this workshop, you’ll feel empowered to make food choices that will support your mental and physical health both during quarantine, and throughout the rest of the semester.

This is a HYBRID event taking place in-person and virtually. Students quarantining on campus can access the in-person program in the hotel ballroom. Students accessing remotely can do so on Microsoft Teams
