Reclaim your Brain: Skills to Manage Anxiety

Join CAPS Counselor, Kelly Boardman for this drop in opportunity. Reclaim Your Brain is an empowerment-based workshop that focuses on increasing your understanding of anxiety and identifying skills to manage symptoms in a personalized way. We will explore how anxiety can impact our behaviors, feelings, and thoughts, and introduce strategies to reduce the intensity of our symptoms. Upon leaving this workshop, you will have cultivated new ways to respond to, and reduce, your experience of anxiety.

This is a HYBRID event taking place in-person and virtually. Students quarantining on campus can access the in-person program in the hotel ballroom. Students accessing remotely can do so on Microsoft Teams
