reclaim your brain: skills to reduce anxiety

Led by CAPS Counselor, Kelly Boardman, Reclaim Your Brain is an empowerment based workshop that focuses on increasing your understanding of anxiety and identifying skills to manage symptoms in a personalized way. We will explore how anxiety can impact our behaviors, feelings, and thoughts, and introduce strategies to reduce the intensity of our symptoms. Upon leaving this workshop, you will have cultivated new ways to respond to, and reduce, your experience of anxiety.
