Rest and Restore Yoga

Restore and Rest – In Your Own Body is a free yoga class with Julie MacAdam on Friday’s from 6:15pm-7:30pm starting on April 5th and going through April 19th. It will be offered each week as a drop-in class, no need to sign up ahead of time.

It is your body, your breath. Here, you can practice resting within – it is a practice, after all. This class will be a mix of restorative postures, with and without props, and an extended guided relaxation. We will more at the speed of permission and attunement. This is a space for all abilities; come as you are.
