UVM Mindfulness Fall Retreat: Gratitude as Resilience

This is an awesome opportunity to dive into the practice of mindfulness as a community. This retreat will be led by Lindsay Foreman, the UVM Mindfulness program coordinator, and Zac Ispa-Landa, Faculty Associate for the Sustainability Learning Community. The theme of the retreat is exploring gratitude as a source of strength and resilience. If you come, here is what you can expect: a warm welcoming space and guided instruction to explore the deep benefits of mindfulness, time outside connecting with the natural world, a gentle yoga practice to awaken your body, a yummy free lunch to nourish your belly, an opportunity to take off your social mask both through periods of silence and authentic connection practices. Open to students, staff, and faculty. No experience needed! Spots are limited and registration is required: go.uvm.edu/fallretreat2019
