uvm mindfulness meditation group
Looking for a place to practice meditation within a supportive community? Come join the UVM Mindfulness for this weekly meditation group. Each week will include a guided meditation, a short movement practice, a wisdom talk, and time for checking in and connecting. If you are curious about the transformative power of mindfulness, struggling to cope, feeling isolated and disconnected, and/or just looking for a place to ground and settle amidst the turmoil, we would love for you to join us on Mondays! Open to all levels of experience. Newcomers welcomed and encouraged to join. Open to all staff, students and faculty!
