UVM Mindfulness Meditation with Campus Rec

This is a secular class that welcomes all skill levels. We will begin class with introductions and a grounding exercise, and then move into a more formal seated practice for about twenty minutes.
When we practice meditation, we wake up to our lives! Engaging in meditation practice compliments physical exercise and can guide us toward cultivating a less reactive and more compassionate life. Curious? Take a seat and see what happens!
