WAXY TOMB (San Francisco, CA / Boston, MA)
A completely insane and unique artist from M.I.T. via California, Julia L.C. will share a rare performance of her audio/visual/ sculpture project Waxy Tomb. The playful hybrids that make up Julia’s body of work (“skin rocks,” “video-organs,” “filtered anatomies,” etc.) trespass the boundaries between synthetic and real. Technological, interregating us in their replusive/irresistable way on our understandings of bodies, cyborgs, media.

HANNAH MAYREE (Sacrimento, CA)
A performance by traveling songwriter H. Mayree will be topping off the evening. These are truly breath-taking songs for banjo and voice.

Leif Hunneman has been making music around town since the ’90s at least. His resume includes a months-long BCA-funded collaborative A/V residency at Pine Street studios in 2015 and a long stint in the absurdist post-industrial band {hexdump}.

ECHOER (Burlington, VT)
Caleb’s bedroom music project. Delicate tunes for fans of ‘world of echo’-era Arthur Russell, window breezes.
