What is Yoga?

Curious to learn more about the philosophies and practices of yoga? Hear from Rebecca Weisman, Director of the Iyengar Yoga Center of Vermont, as she introduces key passages from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to explore some classical definitions of yoga and how they may (or may not!) coincide with modern notions of yoga. Together the group will discuss how these meaning-making practices can be integrated into everyday life. All are welcome.
