Join LivingWell and ground yourself into a new year with some self-care strategies you can use all semester long.

  • 12:10-12:50 – Mindfulness coordinator Lindsay Foreman will lead a Mindfulness and Yoga for Compassion class.
  • 1:00-2:00 – Enjoy coffee/tea, self love club activity zines, crafts, and Happy Lights (used to help with seasonal depression).

Also learn all about health and well-being resources on campus and set yourself up for success early this semester.  Why? Because you’re worth it!


UVM’s Winter Week of Welcome kicks off a week-long spring semester welcome celebration for all class years at UVM.  Mingle with your new friends or meet some new faces. Catch a hockey game, enjoy some free coffee and swag, enjoy a movie, ski down some slopes (both real and virtual) and so much more  – there’s loads to do as you navigate this new UVM semester.
