Workshop: Seeing and Disrupting Racism
December 8, 2-3PM at the Peace and Justice Center
This program was developed for predominantly white audiences because efforts to end racism does not fall solely on those oppressed. The workshop will start by defining racism. Then, participants will be walked through the concept of white fragility and how white fragility perpetuates racism and specific ways to disrupt that cycle.
Free for all and there is not registration needed.
People are encouraged to arrive at 2:30pm to participate in a PJC New Volunteer Orientation.
