Yoga Flow with Megan Luybli

Find freedom in your body while you flow! Explore how conscious breathing linked to a sequence of postures can support your well-being in all aspects of life. Class will begin with grounding, build up to a sequence of strengthening poses and then end with relaxation.

All levels and bodies welcome! Every Tuesday at Living Well, from 11:45-12:45.
