Release and unwind every Friday with a gentle yoga flow class led by Neva Ferrantelli, a UVM student, certified yoga teacher, and UVM Mindfulness Facilitator . Neva will guide you through a flow of gently energetic asanas (yoga postures) that will wind down into some deeply restful and restorative poses.
