Yoga for Emotional Resilience
Join Roxanne for Yin Yoga on Friday afternoons! Yin is a gentle and mindful practice in which we hold positions for 3-5 minutes, allowing the connective tissues in the body to open up and free blocked energy. During this practice, you will learn how to be a witness to your own experience while learning to accept the things that feel uncomfortable and observing how those feelings can change. This practice can help you develop more awareness of your body and emotional experience and learn how to sit with those experiences in a safe and supported way.
